Why Mediate Estate Disputes?  

The Supreme Court rountinely requires parties in litigation to take part in court ordered mediation.  Estate disputes invariably involve relatives of the deceased, and so are similar in nature to family dispute resolution in Family Law.

Why not mediate before any court proceedings are commenced? 

It is plainly obvious to all involved in estate litigation that it is extremely costly and often the estates funds can be seriously depleted if all parties legal costs are paid for by the estate.

Mediate before you litigate.  You have nothing to lose and there is a good chance you can settle the dispute without incurring unnecessary legal fees.
